Amethyst

Amethyst is a great crystal for keeping all those negative vibes away from the most important people in your life... including yourself. Oils to Help You Sleep

Recently, I received a question concerning essential oils and which blends or single oils are helpful for a good night's sleep.

There are several and I'm listing my favorites here:

Lavender: It is very soothing and calming, which is of course always a good thing when one wants to sleep. I like to put a few drops into a small spray bottle with fresh spring water and spray it on my pillow at bedtime. It is also useful to place a few drops on the spine right before bed. The properties of oils are such that they "get under your skin" very quickly and are therefore more effective than a balm, for instance. Chamomile: Incredibly soothing and makes ya downright sleepy! It's a bit on the pricier side, but worth every penny. Geranium: Not just a pretty flower. But then very few pretty flowers are. In fact, this oil is not produced from the house plant. Just a bit of trivia there.
